Payments & invoices

Rental charges and security deposits follow the host and platform rules shown on the listing. Download invoices from your account when you need records for travel or reimbursement.

Pickup, return & condition

Arrive on time with a valid licence and ID. Walk around the car with the host, note fuel and mileage, and return it in the same condition to avoid deposit disputes.

Changes & cancellations

Trip changes depend on host availability and the booking policy you accepted. Message the host early if you need different dates or an early return.

Safety & roadside

Use in-app safety tools when available. For medical or police emergencies, contact local emergency services first, then notify the host and support through your account.

Deposits & refunds

Security deposits are released after return inspection when no extra charges apply. If something is unclear, use Help & disputes in your customer dashboard.

How do I know the price is final before I pay?

The checkout screen should list rental fees, taxes or fees if applicable, security deposit, and any add-ons. If a detail looks wrong, stop and contact the host or support before confirming payment.

What documents do I need at pickup?

Bring a government photo ID and a driving licence valid for the vehicle class. Some hosts or regions may require additional proof; check the listing and messages for specifics.

Can I extend my rental after it starts?

Extensions need host approval and updated calendar availability. Request changes as early as possible so pricing and pickup windows can be updated in the app.

How do I report damage or a dispute?

Photograph the vehicle at pickup and return. If there is a disagreement about condition or charges, sign in and use Help & disputes to open a ticket with evidence and booking details.

Why does my total differ between search and checkout?

Dates, duration, seasonal pricing, and host daily overrides can change the quote. Confirm the vehicle, location, and exact trip window on the listing page, then refresh checkout before paying.
